1. Who can rent a vehicle from wiwi.holiday?
📌 Age: Drivers must be 21-75 years old.
📌 License: A valid driver’s license held for at least 1 year is required. International licenses are accepted.
 
2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit is required:
Rs. 5,000 for Nissan Note
Rs. 7,000 for Toyota Corolla
Rs. 12,000 for Nissan Navara
💡 The deposit covers damage, fines, and late returns. It’s fully refunded if no extra charges apply.
 
3. What happens if I have an accident?
🚨 Report it immediately to wiwi.holiday and the police.
📸 Take photos, get details of third parties, and do not admit fault.
 
4. Does the car come with insurance?
✔ Yes, rentals include basic insurance covering:
Third-party liability
Theft & fire (partial coverage)
Collision damage (subject to an excess fee)
⚠ Excess/Deductible:
Rs. 25,000 for Nissan Note & Corolla
Rs. 30,000 for Nissan Navara
❌ Insurance is void if:
You drive under the influence of alcohol/drugs
You allow an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle
The vehicle is used for off-roading, races, or illegal activities
 
5. Can I extend my rental?
Yes! Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
 
6. What if I return the car late?
⏳ Late returns without notice are charged at the full daily rate.
 
7. What is the fuel policy?
⛽ Return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup. If not, refueling charges apply.

8. Who is responsible for fines or traffic violations?
🚦 The Renter is responsible for all traffic fines, parking tickets, and toll fees.

9. Can I cancel my booking?
✔ More than 3 days before rental: Full refund
✔ 2 days before rental: 75% refund
✔ 1 hour before rental: 50% refund
❌ No-show: No refund
